Listing is free. A small fee when it sells.
You set the price. A neighbor meets you and picks it up. When the payment goes through, a service fee covers the board.

How payment works
The buyer pays through the board. You receive your share. The item still moves from your place to theirs — we never pick it up, store it, or deliver it.
Why a fee at all
The board has to stay up. A fee after a successful sale keeps listing free and means we only get paid when you do.
